The Industry Development and Innovation Division is responsible for the support and growth of Victorian industry through the development of strategies\, policy and programs to grow jobs and facilitate investment and trade opportunities. The Manager – Defence\, Aerospace and Security Sector Development leads a small team to support the growth of Victoria’s defence\, aerospace and security industries. \nPreviously Mike was an Artillery Officer\, rising to the Rank of Brigadier when he left the military in 2013. In his latter career he had extensive experience in Army Materiel. His appointments included:\n• Director General Integrated Soldier Systems\, and\n• Director General Land Manoeuvre Systems \nCoffee and Tea from 12.00 pm.\, sandwiches after.
