SUMMARY:September 2025 Aircraft Showcase
DESCRIPTION:The Temora Aviation Museum’s September Aircraft Showcase will feature a spectacular lineup of servicable aircraft from the RAAF 100 SQN Historic Flight Collection\, including iconic planes such as the Supermarine Spitfire\, Cessna O-2A\, Lockheed Hudson\, Wirraway\, Tiger Moth\, Ryan STM S2\, and many more visiting Warbirds. \nAt Temora\, you’ll get an up-close look at Australia’s aviation heritage as a carefully curated selection of ex-military aircraft takes to the skies. \nGates open at 10:00 am\, with flying displays starting at around 11:30 am. The Aircraft Showcase offers a full day of family-friendly entertainment\, including: \nStunning flying displays showcasing the aircraft’s incredible capabilities\nEngaging commentary and music throughout the event\nGuided tours of the static aircraft collection\nInterviews with pilots and aviation veterans\nA dedicated children’s playground\nA chance to meet the pilots up close\nAccess to the Museum’s three full-motion flight simulators\, available for booking\nOur in house Guardhouse Cafe will be serving food and Barista-style coffee from two locations. You’re welcome to bring your own picnic to enjoy in our shaded seating areas or on the lawn. \nDraft September 2025 Aircraft Showcase* \n10.00am – Gates Open \n10.30am – “Guided Hangar Tour” or “Winging It” Q&A with Guest Speaker \n11.30pm- 2:30pm- Flying Program (all serviceable RAAF 100SQN Historic Flight Collection Aircraft) \n2:30pm- 3:30pm – Flightline Tour (meet and greet with the pilots and engineers) \n4.00pm – Museum Close \n* Subject to change \nThe Temora Aviation Museum does not accept any liability for cancellation or alterations to published display content or programs.
