Likely changes in US defense posture in the Asia/Pacific resulting from the appointment of President Trump

David Hundt is a Senior Lecturer in International Relations in the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Deakin University, Melbourne. His research interests are international relations, politics and political economy in the Asia‚ÄìPacific region, with a particular focus on Korea. He attained a PhD from the University of Queensland in 2005, and began working at Deakin University in 2007. David has published on topics such as the politics of economic development in South Korea, immigration in the ROK, and the evolution of South Korea’s foreign policy. He has been an associate editor of the Australian Journal of Political Science during the journal’s time at Deakin, and he is also the regional editor (Korea) for Asian Studies Review.
