The Girls in Grey was shortlisted for the National Play Festival and on the 2012 VCE Drama curriculum.

Sometimes it gets like that

Like thousands of them

Calling you at once

Of course you do your best

Worst are first

And sometimes everything goes quiet

And we all listen

And we wait

For that drone

That whistling

And then the thud

And you wonder where it fell

And who it got
