MHHV Inc. will hold its AGM on at 6 p.m. on Wednesday 2 October 2013.
Reports will be presented by the President, the Executive Officer/Membership Officer and the Treasurer.
All Office Holder and Council positions will be vacated and open for nominations.
After three years of dedicated service, the current Executive Officer/Membership Officer – Andrew Kilsby – will not be seeking re-election.
The President intends to divide this role into two – an Executive Officer and a Membership Officer and welcomes interested parties to contact him directly for details of the responsibilities of each position.
The Executive Officer will issue formal advice of the AGM shortly.
