Battleships at War 1941/42.

Part one of ‘Episodes of the Royal Navy, Battleships at War 1941/42.’ This is part of a series of eleven DVD presentations featuring archival film from the Imperial War Museum, London.

The Complete set has been presented to the Victoria Chapter of the NHS by Captain David Mc Fall FCII MN of the Maritime Model Museum of Mona Vale NSW, and they are creating great interest.

This episode provides unique archive video coverage of many famous British Warships : HMS Prince of Wales, King George V, Anson, Howe, Duke of York, Hood, Repulse, Renown, Rodney, Ark Royal, Victorious, Norfolk ,Kenya and other Cruisers and Destroyers engaged in the war during 1941/42.

Join us at the Melbourne Naval Centre 146 W Toorak Road South Yarra.(opp. Fawkner Park).Building is open at approximately 6.30 PM and meeting starts at 7.30.
