Merz Lecture 2014 – RAAF Iroquois in Vietnam

The lecture will be presented by a panel of five speaker, each speaker’s presentations will be about 15 minutes, and after all speakers have completed their presentation the floor will be open for questions.
Master of Ceremonies: Tony Wheal

Opening address: Colin Fee – Friends of the RAAF Museum, President

Presentations: Pilot: WGCDR Nick Leray-Meyer (Retd), Flight Commander 9 Sqn in Vietnam.

Crewman/Gunner: WOFF Rob Swanwick, 5 Sqn Crewman/Gunner Training.

WOFF Andy Lapins (Retd), 9 Sqn Crewman/Gunner in Vietnam.

Maintenance: AVM Mac Weller (Retd), Senior Engineering Officer 9 Sqn in Vietnam.

Customer: WO Ian Kuring (Retd), Australian Army Training Team Vietnam (AATTV) Mobile Assistance Training Team #4 (MATT 4).

Refreshments: Light refreshments will be served during a break in the proceedings.

Question and Answer Session: All panellists.

Closing Address: David Gardner – Director of the RAAF Museum.
